Amaco V-375 Maroon underglaze features a deep burgundy color that remains soft and rich when fired at 1050°C, darkens even further at 1200°C, and begins to burn out upon reaching 1300°C. A clear glaze significantly deepens the underglaze color at 1050°C, and at 1200°C, it lends an intense, luxurious oxblood hue.
