Amaco V-366 Teddy Bear underglaze features a chestnut color that is warm brownish at 1050°C , darkens to a reddish-brown at 1200°C , and lightens and begins to burn out at 1300°C . A clear glaze enhances the underglaze at 1050°C , but some color burns out at 1200°C and 1300°C . Apply 2-3 coats to greenware or bisque to ensure full coverage. Amaco Velvet underglazes are highly pigmented, delivering rich colors across a wide firing range.
