Amaco V-321 Lilac underglaze is a soft lilac color that is light at 1050°C and warmer and deeper at 1200°C . At 1300°C , the color begins to burn out. A clear glaze over “Lilac” intensifies the color at 1050°C and 1200°C , but at 1300°C , most of the color burns out. For full coverage, apply 2-3 coats to greenware or bisque. Amaco “Velvet” underglazes are highly pigmented and provide rich colors across a wide firing range.
