Mayco UG-234 Ivory Pearl underglaze fires to a matte color at low temperatures when left unglazed. To intensify the color or for use on dinnerware, apply a clear glossy or clear matte glaze. Cone 6 firing (±1220°C): The color darkens slightly. Recommended clear glaze: SW-001 Stoneware Clear. Cone 10 firing (±1300°C): The color shifts to a teal white. Recommended clear glaze: SW-001 Stoneware Clear.
