Goerg & Schneider (G&S) 371 is a stoneware clay body with 25% fine chamotte (0-0. 2 mm). Recommended firing temperature: 1000°C-1240°C. Features: This plastic clay is suitable for both handbuilding smaller objects and wheel throwing (especially recommended for larger-scale pieces). Color development: At lower temperatures, this body produces attractive, light gray hues that deepen into anthracite and solid black with increasing temperatures.
