CC-108 CHINA SEA CRACKLE
€5.49
Mayco CC-108 China Sea Crackle produces a bluish-green, crackled surface at low temperatures, through which the decorative elements underneath are visible. When fired at a high temperature (Cone 6), it lightens in color. It creates a more pronounced crackle pattern, but the cracks do not absorb ink or pigments. The glaze becomes more opaque. TIP: After firing, you can apply acrylic or ink to the piece and then wipe it off-this will allow the pigment to fill in and highlight the cracks.
