Amaco PC-18 Tuscan Blue is a deep, semi-matte blue glaze characterized by an exceptionally rich color play. Depending on the texture, edges, or details of the piece, this glaze shifts from dark blue to light bluish or even mossy green tones. This interplay lends the ceramic a Mediterranean aesthetic and an antique charm. This is one of the most versatile glazes for layering, allowing you to create complex, multi-layered effects reminiscent of natural landscapes. Warning: When layering, the final result may become runny, especially if Tuscan Blue is used in combination with another runny glaze. We recommend always conducting tests on sample pieces before glazing the entire item. Tips: 1. Shake well before use. 2. For best results, do not dilute the glaze. 3. Apply 3 coats with a brush to the Cone 04 bisque. 4. Let each coat dry completely before applying the next one.
